When you call our line, we collect the phone number you call from, your name and address if you give them, and the details of your plumbing problem. We use that information to dispatch a plumber and to follow up on the call.

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call.

This website does not have forms, so it does not collect personal details through the pages. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as the pages requested and the IP address, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use information

We use call details to send a licensed plumber to the right address, to give you a clear price before work starts and to improve how the line works. We share your name, address and problem description with the plumber dispatched to you, because they need it to do the job.

Third-party content

Pages on this site embed a Google map and load fonts from Google Fonts. Those services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. This website does not set cookies of its own.

Your choices
